White & Case has advised mBank on updating the up to PLN 1 billion bond issue program of Dino Polska and a bond issuance under this program of up to PLN 170 million.
According to White & Case, “the bonds were secured with sureties of companies from the Dino Polska capital group and were offered to qualified investors as part of a public offering not requiring a prospectus.” Dino Polska is a grocery chain in Poland.
In 2021, White & Case advised mBank on Dino Polska's PLN 1 billion bond issuance (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 19, 2021).
