White & Case has advised mBank on the PLN 1 billion bond issuance by Dino Polska, under a bond issuance program.
According to White & Case, "the bonds were offered to qualified investors and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's alternative trading system in a prospect-free public offering. The bonds will be registered with the National Depository of Securities."
Dino Polska operates grocery store chains in Poland with a network of mid-sized supermarkets.
In 2017, White & Case also advised the global coordinator and joint bookrunners on Dino Polska's PLN 1.65 billion IPO (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 21, 2017).
The White & Case team included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Associates Pawel Zagorski and Aleksandra Cyniak.
