Wiercinski Kwiecinski Baehr has advised Energix on a PLN 288 million financing from the EBRD and mBank for the construction of a 56-megawatt wind farm in Poland. Clifford Chance advised the lenders.
Energix specializes in renewable energy and is currently active primarily in the field of photovoltaics and wind power.
Last year, WKB and Clifford Chance advised on the financing for Energix' Banie and Sepopol wind farms (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 7, 2021).
