White & Case has advised sole arranger and dealer mBank on Echo Investment’s bond issuance under a bond issuance program for a total amount up to PLN 1 billion.
According to White & Case, “the bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.”
White & Case describes Echo Investment as “one of the largest real estate developers in Poland with extensive experience in the three main sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and services, and offices.”
Earlier this year, White & Case advised mBank on another bond issuance by Echo Investment (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 26, 2021).
