White & Case Warsaw has advised mBank S.A. as the arranger on the update of Echo Investment S.A.'s bond issuance program for up-to PLN 1 billion and subsequent PLN 195 million bond issuance.
According to White & Case, “the bonds were offered to qualified investors and will be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in a prospectus-free public offering.”
Echo Investment is a Polish real estate developer in the residential, retail and services, and offices sector.
White & Case's team included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Associates Pawel Zagorski and Aleksandra Cyniak.
