Allen & Overy has advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate on the acquisition of Hubergroup’s new production and warehouse facility located in Wroclaw, from Savills Poland.
According to Savills, the transaction was a sale and a subsequent 20-year leaseback for a new 22,000 square meters built-to-suit facility.
Savills Poland is a commercial real estate advisor. Hubergroup is a printing ink specialist company.
