Harrisons Advises EBRD on EUR 10 Million Loan to UniCredit Bank Serbia under Go Digital Western Balkans Program

Harrisons has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a EUR 10 million loan to UniCredit Bank Serbia under the Go Digital Western Balkans Program.

According to Harrisons, the proceeds will provide specialised financing for automation, digitalization, competitiveness, and green technologies for eligible SMEs in line with the program’s policy statement. At least 60% of total investments must be in automation and digitalization projects, of which at least 60% must qualify as green-economy-transition eligible.

The Harrisons team included Principal Mark Harrison, Consultant Ines Matijevic-Papulin, and Senior Associate Mina Zeljkovic.
