White & Case has advised Mid Europa Partners on the acquisition of Sage Sp. z o.o. from The Sage Group plc, which was reportedly advised by Allen & Overy.
White & Case describes Sage, which was founded in Poland in 2008, as a “leader in cloud business management solutions for Polish SMEs, operating under the well-known Symfonia brand and providing services to a diversified client base."
White & Case’s team included Warsaw-based Local Partner Marek Sawicki and London-based Partners Ken Barry, Lindsey Canning, and Colin Harley and Associates Will Summers, Oji Adoh, Robert Wake-Walker, and Michael Hekimian.
