Kyriakides Georgopoulos has advised Piraeus Bank as the listing advisor on the EUR 68.3 million share capital increase of Europe Holdings.
According to KG, the transaction involved the issuance of 56,948,627 new common, registered voting shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.26, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
The KG team included Partner Theodore Rakintzis, Counsels Penny Oikonomopoulou and Meletios Andrianos, and Associates Ioannis Nakis and Sotiria Pane.
