Crido Legal has advised the Avenger Flight Group on its entry onto the Polish market and establishment of a joint venture with Enter Air. DWF Poland advised Enter Air.
Avenger Flight Group is a provider of training solutions to airlines that was founded in 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company owns and operates ten training centers across six different countries.
Enter Air is a Poland-based charter airline that has a fleet of twenty-three Boeing 737 NG and two Boeing 737 MAX aircrafts.
Crido Legal Partner Mateusz Baran explained that, “the transaction will enable Avenger Flight Group to expand throughout Poland and CEE."
According to DWF Poland, “Enter Air and Avenger Flight Group are launching a flight simulator in Poland. The simulator has been certified by the Civil Aviation Office and will be used for training of Enter Air pilots, as well as pilots from other airlines.” According to the firm, “the installed CAE simulator model 7000 XR is a D-class device manufactured by the Canada-based CAE. The simulator allows for training of Boeing 737 pilots in obtaining a B737 300-900 type license.”
