DWF has advised Enertrag on the sale of the Dargikowo and Karlino windparks in Poland to Allianz Capital Partners. Norton Rose Fulbright reportedly advised Allianz Capital Partners on the deal.
Enertrag provides services related to renewable energy. According to DWF, the company “effectively combines electricity, heat, and mobility in all areas of life. Enertrag produces 1.68 million MWh annually and has a service network of more than 1,125 wind turbines.”
