Eversheds Sutherland has advised Cogito Capital Partners on its EUR 3.7 million Series A investment in digital healthcare provider HomeDoctor. Malecki Legal, Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak, and the Netherlands' Benvalor law firm advised HomeDoctor and its founders on the deal.
HomeDoctor is a Polish provider of online medical consultations that was founded in 2016.” According to Eversheds Sutherland, “the company is operating as a medical services platform that enables delivery of both online and phone consultations and booking a doctor appointment. HomeDoctor will use the investment to continue the growth of its operations in Poland and to expand to other European countries.”
Cogito Capital Partners is a venture and growth capital firm based in Warsaw and New York. The company invests in late- and growth-stage tech companies in Europe and focuses primarily on the enterprise software, FinTech/InsurTech, and MedTech diagnostics/telemedicine sectors.
