Greenberg Traurig and Dentons Advise on Invesco Real Estate's Sale of Logistics Center in Lodz

Greenberg Traurig has advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of a logistics center in Lodz to Savills Investment Management, acting on behalf of Savills IM European Logistics Fund 2. Dentons advised the buyer on the deal.

Financial details of the sale were not disclosed.

Greenberg Traurig describes Invesco Real Estate as “a real estate investment management firm which currently has USD 79.8 billion of assets under management, employs 571 staff, and operates via 21 regional offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia.”

Savills IM is an investment management business of the Savills group, with 17 offices and EUR 20.8 billion in assets.

The logistics center was developed in 2018. It has a total warehouse space of 38 thousand square meters. The property, which forms is part of the "Central European Logistics Hub," is located about 30 kilometers from the intersection of Poland's A1 and A2 motorways.
