WKB has advised Orbico and Distribev Orbico on the sale of 80% of shares in the share capital of Distribev Orbico to United Beverages. Grant Thornton advised United Beverages. BCGL advised Bank Pekao S.A. on its provision of financing for the acquisition.
According to WKB, "Distribev Orbico is a company involved in the sale and distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to traditional retail clients, as well as those involved in the food and beverage sector. Grupa Zywiec S.A. will remain the minority shareholder of Distribev Orbico."
WKB's team was led by Partner Jakub Jedrzejak and included Senior Associates Magdalena Piszewska and Iwona Roksela-Mielnik, and Associate Natalia Poniatowicz-Ugolik.
The BCGL team was led by Partner Maciej Czekanski.
