Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Accolade Group on its acquisition and development of a new multi-tenant logistics park in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland.

According to Norton Rose Fulbright, "The 72,000 square-meter Gorzow Wielkopolski park, valued at EUR 47 million, will be developed as an environmentally friendly and modern industrial park and will be BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certified. Accolade Group is an international investor on the commercial real estate market, operating in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Germany, with a portfolio worth more than EUR 1 billion."

Norton Rose Fulbright's team was led by Partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz and included Senior Associate Jakub Kowalczyk and Counsel Jan Wszolek.
