Dentons has advised Yesilyurt Enerji on its acquisition of a 41-megawatt ready-to-build solar park in Dambovita County, Romania.
According to Dentons, this acquisition strengthens Yesilyurt Enerji’s renewable energy portfolio in Romania and underscores its commitment to expanding green generation capacity in the region.
