Zamfirescu Racoti Vasile & Partners has advised Hagag Development Europe on the execution of a hotel management agreement with Radisson Hotel Group for the operation of Romania’s first Radisson RED hotel, set to open in Bucharest.
Hagag Development is involved in the acquisition, development, and renovation of real estate properties and projects.
According to ZRVP, the transaction marks Hagag’s debut investment in the hospitality sector in the Romanian capital.
The ZRVP team included Partner Marina-Crenguta Florea.
