Co-edited by our friends at PRK Partners, the CEE Legal Matters Comparative Legal Guide: Real Estate 2021 presents an overview of critical CEE's real estate matters for investors to keep in mind.
As our co-editor for the guide, Roman Pecenka, noted in his foreword for the guide, "with its amazing diversity of nationalities, languages, and cultures packed into small, easily traversable borders, Central and Eastern Europe certainly offers tourists a wide assortment of enjoyments. But the many differences in legislation between these countries can make cross-border deals a massive headache without the right legal guidance."
The guide looks at critical aspects ranging from real estate ownership, acquisition, financing, and taxes to condominiums and commercial leases.
