Wolf Theiss has advised Sibelco Group on its acquisition of Envy Recycling, SPL Recycling, SPL Servis, and CEEK.

Sibeco Group is a material solutions provider.

Envy Recycling, SPL Recycling, SPL Servis, and CEEK are a group of glass recycling companies in the Czech Republic.

According to Wolf Theiss, the transaction significantly enhances Sibelco’s footprint in Eastern Europe, strengthens key customer relationships, and reinforces the company’s strategic focus on circular economy solutions and sustainable growth.
