Kyriakides Georgopoulos has advised Petsiavas on its acquisition of the oral and dental care business of ABC Kinitron.
According to KG, ABC Kinitron is a Greek company known for its oral hygiene and dermocosmetic product lines. The deal marks a strategic step forward for Petsiavas, a Greek healthcare and pharmaceutical company, as it expands its portfolio with a range of high-value products and integrates a team of scientific experts with extensive industry know-how.
The KG team included Partner Apostolos Georgantas, Counsel Katerina Tzamalouka, Senior Associate Zaphirenia Theodoraki, and Associate Vasilianna Karakatsani.
