Paksoy has advised The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C) on its acquisition of the final 25% stake in Alternatifbank A.S. from of Anadolu Endustri Holding A.s. ("AEH") through an exercise of its put option for AEH's remaining shares.
The transaction, which completed on December 19, 2016 after clearance was obtained from the Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority, means that Alternatifbank is now a 100% subsidiary of The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C).
The Paksoy team was led by Partner Sera Somay, supported by Senior Associate Nazli Bezirci and Associate Alara Tankaya.
