E+H, Hasch & Partner, and DKFE Attorneys at Law Advise on VTC's Acquisition of NBG Group

E+H has advised Munich-based investment firm VTC on its acquisition of NBG Group from NBG Bauer as part of a broader succession plan. Hasch & Partner advised NBG Bauer. DKFE Attorneys at Law acted as one of the trustees and also advised the other trustee, acting for the financing banks’ syndicate. BPV Huegel reportedly advised NBG Group.

According to E+H, headquartered in Gmund, Austria, NBG has been developing and producing highly specialized fiber-in-metal tubes for over 25 years. These fibers are integral to high-performance cable systems used across energy infrastructure, telecommunications, and downhole services worldwide. With the backing of VTC, the NBG Group plans to expand its international presence, invest in new production capacity, and explore new application areas. The current management team will remain in place.
