Schoenherr and Savoric & Partners Advise on Accession Capital Partners' EUR 30 Million Growth Investment into Vetti Group

Schoenherr has advised Accession Capital Partners on its EUR 30 million growth capital investment into Vetti Group. Savoric & Partners advised Vetti Group.

According to Schoenherr, Vetti Group is the largest veterinary group operating across Croatia and the Adriatic region. The company currently operates more than 20 clinics across more than 35 locations in Croatia and Serbia, with a team of over 330 professionals. The transaction supports the group’s expansion strategy throughout Southeast Europe. Vetti is majority-owned by ASEF, advised by Provectus Capital Partners.

Moreover, Schoenherr reports that ACP completed the transaction via its fifth fund, AMC V SCA SICAV-RAIF, which closed in June 2024 at EUR 336 million.
