Schoenherr has advised Eurobank Greece on the sale of the Eliade Tower office building in Bucharest to One United Properties in a share deal. The Law Chamber advised One United Properties on the acquisition.

Eurobank operates in six countries, with a presence in Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Serbia, Bulgaria, and the UK.

One United Properties, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, is an investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania.

According to Schoenherr, "the ten-floor Eliade Tower office building, located in the city's booming business area Floreasca, has an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and is currently 50% leased."
