RTPR has advised Vectr Holdings on the indirect acquisition of the company that owns The Landmark office building in Bucharest from funds managed by Revetas Capital and affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management. Wolf Theiss advised Revetas Capital and Cerberus.
Vectr Holdings is a privately owned group of companies engaged in various sectors including agricultural operations, agricultural machinery distribution, fitness, and real estate in Romania.
According to RTPR, "The Landmark is one of the most representative office buildings in downtown Bucharest. With a gross leasable area of over 23,700 square meters, the business park developed in 2016 comprises three class A office buildings and is BREEM Excellence Certified."
