Wolf Theiss has advised Revetas Capital Fund II and an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management on the acquisition of an 86,000 square meter hotel complex in Bucharest. Firon Bar Nir advised the sellers.
The complex consists of the Radisson Blu and Park Inn Hotels and approximately 7,500 square meters of retail space.
In addition to M&A assistance and real estate due diligence, Wolf Theiss assisted in financing and refinancing of the acquiring and the acquired companies' debt. The Wolf Theiss team was coordinated by Bucharest-based M&A Partner Ileana Glodeanu and Vienna-based Banking and Finance Council Leopold Hoeher. In addition, Bucharest-based Partner Ciprian Glodeanu, Senior Associate Mircea Ciocirlea, Counsel Claudia Chiper, and Associates Cristina Ion, Andreea Stan, George Ghitu, Iuliana Ungureanu, and Alexandru Asaftei contributed to the project.
