PeliFilip has advised Skanska on the sale of the third building in the Green Court Bucharest project to Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. The buyer relied on in-house counsel only on a deal valued at EUR 38 million.
Green Court Bucharest is a newly built class-A office park consisting of three buildings in Bucharest's new central business district — very close to Globalworth's existing Bucharest One, Nusco Tower, and Gara Herastrau investments. The final building — Green Court Building C — has a total surface of 16,300 square meters and includes 12 floors above ground and a 3-level underground parking area.
As reported by CEE Legal Matters in November 2015, Globalworth, which was founded by Ioannis Papalekas, previously acquired the other two buildings in the project: Green Court Building A in June 2015 and Green Court Building B in December 2015
The PeliFilip team was coordinated by Partner Oana Badarau.
