Dentons Advises Bank Consortium on EUR 111 Million Bond Issuance by Bucharest Municipality

Dentons has advised a consortium of Romanian banks, including Alpha Bank Romania, Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, and Raiffeisen Bank Romania, on the issuance and private placement of municipal bonds by the Bucharest Municipality. 

According to Dentons, the total nominal value of the bonds is RON 555.1 million (approximately EUR 111 million).

The Dentons Romania team included Partner Loredana Chitu and Associates Robert Alin Roca and Bogdan Galatanu.
