Filip & Company, working with Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, has advised the Ministry of Public Finance of Romania on its Samurai green bond issuance on the Japanese capital market, totaling JPY 33 billion.
According to Filip & Company, the issuance comprises three tranches: JPY 22 billion maturing in three years with a 2.10% annual yield, JPY 3.6 billion maturing in five years with a 2.63% annual yield, and JPY 7.4 billion maturing in seven years with a 3.14% annual yield.
The Filip & Company team included Partners Alexandru Birsan and Monica Statescu, Senior Associate Andreea Banica, and Associate Andrei Anghel.
