Bulboaca & Asociatii has supported Investimental in obtaining its financial investment services authorization from the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority.
Investimental is a Romanian brokerage company and a greenfield investment supported by businessman Sacha Dragic, the founder of Superbet, through his investment vehicle D Craig Holding.
According to Bulboaca & Asociatii, this is the first such authorization in the past 14 years in Romania.
"As we promised at the beginning of the year when we announced a new investment in the Romanian capital market, we managed to obtain the authorization from the ASF this year, and we are now doing the last necessary operations to start trading in the first part of next year," Investimental CEO Mihaela Biciu commented. "We want the stock exchange to be part of people's everyday life, to become an easy, familiar tool that helps as many Romanians as possible with long-term financial planning. We will do this through technology, transparency, financial education, and by providing a personalized experience to investors."
