Coman Mindru Popescu Attorneys at Law has successfully represented construction company Ave Tebia SRL before Constanta County Court in a matter regarding the opening of the general insolvency procedure for the company.
According to CMP Law, "after a difficult period in which the company countered third-party actions meant to totally block the company's activity," the debtor came under the protection of the insolvency law, "in order to reorganize the company's activity, as well as to block the steps of a hostile takeover of the assets – as a result of the death of the sole shareholder."
Ave Tebia is well-known "in the Constanta construction market, due to its tradition in the execution of works in the Port of Constanta, as well as other infrastructure works," the firm informed.
