Suciu Popa Successful for Strabag Before ICC International Court of Arbitration
Suciu Popa has successfully represented Strabag before the ICC International Court of Arbitration in three construction and infrastructure disputes with claims exceeding EUR 20 million in total.
Strabag is a European technology group for construction services, employing around 74,000 people at 700 locations.
The Suciu Popa team was led by Managing Partner Luminita Popa and included Partners Radu Chiran and Daciana Popa and Senior Associates Andrei Nicolae and Radu Petroi.
