Stratulat Albulescu has advised GapMinder Venture Partners on its investment in OutThink. Cooley reportedly advised OutThink on its USD 10 million funding round.
The round was led by AlbionVC, with the participation of TriplePoint Capital, Forward Partners, GapMinder VC, and Innovate UK.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, London-headquartered OutThink was founded in 2019 and “combines machine learning, natural language processing, and applied psychology to identify people’s attitudes and behaviors. OutThink measures real-world security behaviors, reveals unique risk patterns across an organization, and prevents data breaches like never before. With this funding of USD 10 million, OutThink will be able to continue expanding its technological leadership and accelerate international distribution.”
GapMinder is a venture capital fund that invests in seed and series A rounds for Romanian start-up companies in the technology sector.
Stratulat Albulescu’s team included Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Associates Roxana Ioncu and Alina Pirvoi.
