Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Qualitance founders Radu Constantinescu and Ioan Iacob on the sale of the company to Alten. CMS reportedly advised Alten on the acquisition.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Qualitance is an international tech and innovation company founded in Romania, that builds digital products and businesses.
Alten is a French technology and innovation consultancy and services group with international operations in 30 countries.
