PNSA Advises on Meta Estate Trust IPO
Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Meta Estate Trust on its IPO and listing of shares on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The IPO was brokered by the BRK Financial Group.
Meta Estate Trust is a holding company operating in the real estate sector. According to PNSA, the company “aims to increase its share capital by RON 25 million, a 33% increase compared to the present share capital.”
PNSA’s team was led by Partner Bogdan Stoica and Senior Associate Claudia Salomia.
