Deloitte Legal's Romanian affiliate Reff & Associates has advised Knauf Insulation on its acquisition of the Gecsat glass mineral wool factory located in Tarnaveni from Gecsat SA shareholders.
According to Reff & Associates, “after the takeover of the factory, Knauf Insulation has started an extensive modernization process, to bring the space and the production line at Knauf standards and to allow the factory to produce glass mineral wool at the highest quality standards while protecting the environment.”
Reff & Associates’ team included Partners Georgiana Singurel and Florentina Munteanu, Senior Managing Associates Diana Fejer and Gabriela Ilie, Managing Associates Andreea Zaharia and Maria Nitulescu, and Senior Associates Florin Grumeza, Mihnea Radu, Calin Cosma, and Irina Picos.
