Wolf Theiss has advised Raiffeisen Bank on a EUR 325 million credit facility granted to S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Dentons advised Romgaz on the deal.
Romgaz is the largest gas producer in Romania.
According to Wolf Theiss, “with this credit facility, Raiffeisen Bank Romania provides Romgaz with partial financing of the acquisition price of the shares in Exxon Mobile Exploration and Production Romania Limited, which holds 50% of the rights and obligations for the Neptun Deep project.”
Wolf Theiss’ team was led by Partner Claudia Chiper and included Senior Associate Iuliana Stoicescu.
Dentons’ team included Partners Simona Marin and Claudiu Munteanu-Jipescu, Counsel Maria Tomescu, and Senior Associate Sandra Constantin.
