CEE Attorneys/Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii has advised existing investor Sparking Capital on KFactory's new financing round. BPV Grigorescu Stefanica advised KFactory and its founders.
According to CEE Attorneys, KFactory "received EUR 600,000 in funding from two new investors, Fortech Investments and SIF Transilvania, who joined Sparking Capital. With this round, KFactory's total funding reaches EUR 817,500 and supports the company's scaling and development plans in the DACH market."
Founded in 2018, Romanian start-up KFactory is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of smart technology software aimed at enhancing the manufacturing process.
Sparking Capital is a Bucharest-headquartered early-stage venture capital fund, focusing on pre-seed and seed investments.
"The progress achieved by KFactory is remarkable and we are happy to contribute again to the development of the company, after the first funding round, led by Sparking back in 2020," Sparking Capital Founding Partner Cristian Negrutiu commented. "This transaction is a sign of maturity not only for Sparking Capital's portfolio but for the entire Romanian ecosystem."
