RTPR Advises Adrian Ionescu on sale of Adidana to RDF
Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Adidana's founder Adrian Ionescu on the sale of the company to RDF. Deloitte Legal's Reff & Associates reportedly advised RDF on the deal.
Adidana is a Romanian distributor of chemical fertilizers. RDF, a Roca Investments portfolio company, is a supplier of agricultural products, agricultural input distributor, and grain trader.
