Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised the Clever Business Transilvania media group on its acquisition of Prima TV in Romania.
Clever Business Transilvania already owns a number of Romanian TV stations, such as Look TV, Look Plus, Look Medica, Agro TV, and Profit.ro.
