Stratulat Albulescu Advises Bog’Art Residential on Land Acquisition in Bucharest
Stratulat Albulescu has advised Bog’Art Residential, a Romanian general contractor, on the acquisition of a 749 square meter land plot in Bucharest from an unnamed group of Spanish investors. Mitel & Partners reportedly advised the sellers.
Bog’Art Residential is the real estate development arm of Bog’Art, an integrated building company based in Bucharest.
