CVI is a Warsaw-based private debt asset manager with nearly EUR 1 billion in assets under management, specializing in structured private debt solutions across Central Europe.
Flexam Invest, now part of the Kartesia Group, focuses on B2B real asset financing with a strong decarbonization angle.
According to Greenberg Traurig, the proceeds were used, among other purposes, to refinance CTL’s existing indebtedness. The transaction marks Flexam Invest’s debut in the Polish market.
