Schoenherr has advised the shareholder of MyBestPharm on the sale to Laboratoires Urgo Healthcare. DLA Piper reportedly advised the buyers.
MyBestPharm is a Polish brand specializing in premium food supplements, functional foods, and dermocosmetics. According to Schoenherr, backed by Urgo, MyBestPharm aims to scale its operations both in Poland and internationally, with plans to double its turnover by 2030.
France-based Laboratoires Urgo Healthcare, part of the Urgo Group, is a European provider of everyday healthcare solutions.
The Schoenherr team included Partners Tomasz Kwasniewski and Szymon Okon, Counsel Dawid Brudzisz, and Associate Olga Koncerewicz.
