Rymarz Zdort Maruta has advised Symfonia on its acquisition of InEwi.
Symfonia is a business process management software provider backed by private equity investors Mid Europa Partners and Accel-KKR.
InEwi is a Poland-based developer of SaaS solutions for time, attendance, and workforce scheduling, as well as workflow tools for absences and business trips.
According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, by integrating InEwi’s HR and payroll digitization tools, Symfonia aims to enhance its SaaS offering for SMEs and reinforce its position in the HR tech market. The InEwi brand and team will continue to operate within the Symfonia Group, supporting a seamless product and team integration.
The Rymarz Zdort Maruta team included Partner Jacek Zawadzki, Senior Associate Malgorzata Banaszkiewicz, and Associate Szymon Rutecki.
