A&O Shearman has advised International Schools Partnership Limited on its acquisition of Nasza Szkola. Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised the sellers.
International Schools Partnership Limited develops educational units for children aged 2-18 and operates 83 schools in 22 countries.
Nasza Szkola is the operator of the A. Einstein Primary School in Wilanow, Warsaw. According to A&O Shearman, "founded in Warsaw in 2018, A. Einstein Primary School is one of the biggest privately held schools in Poland providing a Polish-English bilingual education to its students."
The A&O Shearman team included Partner Magdalena Nasilowska, Counsel Piotr Szczecinski, Senior Associates Malgorzata Jastrzebska and Marcin Ziarkowski, and Associates Jakub Zebrowski, Katarzyna Fus-Starzec, and Julia Pytko.
The Rymarz Zdort Maruta team included Managing Partner Pawel Zdort, Counsel Karolina Bakowska, and Senior Associate Malgorzata Derus.
