Greenberg Traurig and Linklaters Advise on Blackstone’s Sale of Forum Gdansk to NEPI Rockcastle

Greenberg Traurig has advised Blackstone company Multi Veste 339 BV on its EUR 250 million sale of the Forum Gdansk shopping center to NEPI Rockcastle. Linklaters advised the buyer.

According to Greenberg Traurig, the Forum Gdansk shopping center has 63,500 square meters of gross leasable area and is located between the old town and downtown and the city’s two main railway stations.

"The acquisition, by value, represents one of the largest single-asset shopping center transactions in Europe, and the largest in Central and Eastern Europe in 2022," Linklaters informed.

Blackstone is an alternative asset manager investing capital on behalf of pension funds, institutions, and individuals. NEPI Rockcastle develops and manages shopping centers in CEE.
