MFW Fialek Advises PFR on Sale of PPP Venture

MFW Fialek has advised the Polish Development Fund on the sale of all its shares in PPP Venture to a closed-end investment fund.

PPP Venture was a PFR subsidiary established to design, rebuild, finance, and maintain student housing on Badurskiego street in Krakow, under a public-private partnership, according to the PFR corporate website, with the fund having owned a 90% stake in the company.

According to MFW Fialek, the PFR is a group of financial and advisory institutions for entrepreneurs, local governments, and individuals investing in Poland’s sustainable social and economic development, whose priorities are infrastructure investments, innovation, entrepreneurship development, export and foreign expansion of Polish enterprises, support for local governments, implementation of the employee capital plans program, and servicing foreign investment.

MFW Fialek’s team included Partner Miroslaw Fialek, Counsel Rafal Siemieniec, and Associate Pawel Siwiec.

MFW Fialek could not disclose further information on the deal.
