Gessel has advised Eco Classic on the acquisition of shares in I am Poznan from Lebanon-based Sakr Holding. Moskwa Jarmul Haladyj advised Sakr Holding on the sale.
Warsaw-based Eco-Classic is a construction company.
According to Gessel, through the acquisition of I am Poznan, formerly known as H. Cegielski – Fabryka Silnikow Agregatowych i Trakacyjnych, "Eco Classic significantly increases its land holdings and is poised to enter the lucrative residential and commercial property market in Poznan. Its plans call for the construction of a residential development on the Poznan site."
