Gorzelnik Nentwig Ziebinski has advised Mostostal Warszawa on its successful bid, as part of a consortium, in the tender organized by PGE Energia Odnawialna for the approximately PLN 1.12 billion modernization of the Porabka-Zar pumped storage power plant.
The Porabka-Zar pumped storage power plant is the second largest plant of its kind in Poland, with a 540-megawatt capacity, according to GNZ Legal. The modernization contract was awarded by PGE Energia Odnawialna, a member of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, to a consortium including Mostostal Warszawa.
