Balicki Czekanski Gryglewski Lewczuk and KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasinski, working with Cassels Brock & Blackwell, have advised Ramm Pharma on the acquisition of HemPoland from The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings. Deloitte Legal advised the seller.
BCGL describes Ramm Pharma as “a leader in the field of cannabinoid pharmacology and product formulation for cannabis-based pharmaceuticals and other hemp-based products.”
HemPoland is a European manufacturer and marketer of hemp products.
According to BCGL, “the acquisition provides Ramm with access to HemPoland’s distribution network, recognized premium brands, and hemp oil extraction technologies, and strengthens Ramm Pharma’s presence in Europe, following its acquisition of Sicily-based Canapar Corp. in 2021).”
